I wou...Typically the loser is the one who appeals. I would think if Kimberlin wanted to extend his peace order he would just make up a new story as your story shows him quite capable of doing.

So maybe a successful appeal would be more than a moral victory. And simply letting it expire keeps it on the record. Appealed it can be expunged.Earl Scruggshttp://br549.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8044318176622758692.post-78328215376928745162012-07-17T20:12:28.764-04:002012-07-17T20:12:28.764-04:00There is zero credibility on BK's part .. I am wondering too if maybe Norton appealed it..? is it unusal for a court system to not include who appealed it?Mrs. Hairy Womanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17953176969674262877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8044318176622758692.post-42428395683592263612012-07-17T19:40:04.814-04:002012-07-17T19:40:04.814-04:00This is an interesting article about sociopaths:
...This is an interesting article about sociopaths:

http://www.naturalnews.com/036112_sociopaths_cults_influence.html

I think the author is wrong on a few key points. For instance, he claims sociopaths are intelligent and charming. I don't believe that sociopaths have any innate abilities that make them more intelligent, and more charming than the average person. Statistically, a certain percentage of sociopaths will have a high IQ, and, those with a high IQs might very well learn to emulate the social skills of charming people. That said, he outlines patterns of behaviors that have remarkable relevence to the events you have experiences.

I hope Norton reads the article before the appeal.BigSkyBobnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8044318176622758692.post-31865688396599134022012-07-17T14:49:30.035-04:002012-07-17T14:49:30.035-04:00Doesn't say on this case who appealed - perhap...Doesn't say on this case who appealed - perhaps Norton appealed it?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8044318176622758692.post-30265952541477039772012-07-17T13:01:34.870-04:002012-07-17T13:01:34.870-04:00Aaron,
You are the lawyer. How would Norton be a...Aaron,

You are the lawyer. How would Norton be able to obtain, and introduce the video of your confrontation with Kimberlin outside the courtroom, and, Kimberlin's filing of charges against you? Between his perjury conviction, and his recent swore statements, he would have zero credibility.

In the mean while, why don't you file for a peace order against Kimberlin demanding that he stop representing you as associated in any way with Norton? That way, if tries to imply a bullshit consiparcy between you and Norton in Court he would be in contempt.

I'm sure his entire purpose in appealing is lawfare: he's forcing Norton to use another paid attorney solely to drive up his costs.BigSkyBobnoreply@blogger.com
