This is
admittedly not quite as damning as the video I put in the update to this
post, but it’s one more drip-drip-drip of evidence that this many openly
contemptuous of the American people was one of the key architects of
Obamacare. And while from
a legal standpoint his comments are irrelevant to the King case coming up, it is increasingly becoming a political problem
for the Democrats and this is only the latest example:
It is
overwhelmingly clear by now that Jonathan Gruber has
nothing but contempt for the American people. But what is really deadly here, is that it is
increasingly clear that many the Democrats (especially those in power) share this contempt. They are hoping for a combination of popular
stupidity and media bias to cover up this story for them. They aren’t crazy to do so. Consider the fact that FDR was able to keep
his disability secret from the American people when he was president. Of course, his disability is ideally an
irrelevancy for this job—it’s not like Roosevelt was required to lift heavy
objects as a bfoq (bona fide occupational qualification) for the Presidency—but
the reality is it might have made a difference.
But instead, the media kept information from the voters that might have
influenced the outcome of elections.
But, they haven't caught up to the fact that in today's media, the truth will not be suppressed. Not forever.
So every time
they lie to you, every time they say, “Gruber who? Oh, he had nothing to do with Obamacare” when
a little research tells you that they full well know who he is, and yes he had
everything to do with Obamacare, what they are telling you is this: we agree
with Gruber. We think you are too stupid
to make decisions for yourself. We think you are too stupid to Google and discover how strongly he was connected with this law. We believe
we have to trick you into doing what we want you to, and you will just have to
hope that what we trick you into will be in your best interest.
And of course
shunting aside the principles of democracy in the hopes that we will get
government that is better for us (because we apparently are too stupid to know what is good for us) has been tried before...
…and it was
not exactly a Great Leap Forward, although they did their best to portray it as
such.

My wife and I
have lost our jobs due to the harassment of convicted terrorist (and
adjudicated pedophile) Brett Kimberlin, including an attempt to get us killed
and to frame me for a crime carrying a sentence of up to ten years. I know that claim sounds fantastic, but if you
read starting here,
you will see absolute proof of these claims using documentary and video
evidence. If you would like to help in
the fight to hold Mr. Kimberlin accountable, please hit the donation link on
the right. And thank you.

Disclaimer:
I have accused
some people, particularly Brett Kimberlin, of reprehensible conduct. In some cases, the conduct is even
criminal. In all cases, the only justice
I want is through the appropriate legal process—such as the criminal justice
system. I do not want to see vigilante
violence against any person or any threat of such violence. This kind of conduct is not only morally
wrong, but it is counter-productive.
In the
particular case of Brett Kimberlin, I do not want you to even contact him. Do not call him. Do not write him a letter. Do not write him an email. Do not text-message him. Do not engage in any kind of directed
communication. I say this in part
because under Maryland law, that can quickly become harassment and I don’t want
that to happen to him.
And for that
matter, don’t go on his property. Don’t
sneak around and try to photograph him.
Frankly try not to even be within his field of vision. Your behavior could quickly cross the line
into harassment in that way too (not to mention trespass and other concerns).
And do not
contact his organizations, either. And
most of all, leave his family alone.
The only
exception to all that is that if you are reporting on this, there is of course
nothing wrong with contacting him for things like his official response to any
stories you might report. And even then
if he tells you to stop contacting him, obey that request. That this is a key element in making out a
harassment claim under Maryland law—that a person asks you to stop and you
refuse.
And let me say
something else. In my heart of hearts, I
don’t believe that any person supporting me has done any of the above. But if any of you have, stop it, and if you
haven’t don’t start.
