The Brett Kimberlin Saga:

Follow this link to my BLOCKBUSTER STORY of how Brett Kimberlin, a convicted terrorist and perjurer, attempted to frame me for a crime, and then got me arrested for blogging when I exposed that misconduct to the world. That sounds like an incredible claim, but I provide primary documents and video evidence proving that he did this. And if you are moved by this story to provide a little help to myself and other victims of Mr. Kimberlin’s intimidation, such as Robert Stacy McCain, you can donate at the PayPal buttons on the right. And I thank everyone who has done so, and will do so.

Brett Kimberlin Ally Occupyrebellion Threatens Lee Stranahan’s Wife With Rape

This is the latest post in what I half-jokingly call The Kimberlin Saga®.  If you are new to the story, that’s okay! Not everyone reads my blog.  The short version is that Kimberlin has been harassing me since last December, his worst conduct being when he attempted to frame me for a crime.  I recognize that this might sound like an incredible claim, but I provide video and documentary evidence of that fact; in other words, you don’t have to believe my word.  You only have to believe your eyes.  So, if you are new to the story, go to this page and you’ll be able to catch up on what has been happening.

Words cannot capture how disgusting this is:

I generally don’t throw additional attention toward this bucketful of crazy, but this is beyond the pale.  Indeed, in my opinion, it crosses the line into criminal conduct.  In my opinion, it is actually a threat.  Threats don’t have to be “I plan to do X to you” or “do this or I will do X.”  For instance, in Virginia v. Black, the Supreme Court held that merely burning a cross on another person’s yard can be interpreted as a threat, given the historical meaning of the act.  Twelve people of common sense can recognize that even if the magic words are not said, some words are intended as a threat.  In other words, the law is not an idiot.  And in my mind, this counts.

And if you agree that this is a threat, then this means Occupyrebellion could be in a world of hurt tonight.  For instance, here’s what the federal criminal law, 18 U.S.C. §875(c) says:

Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

But there’s more.  There is Texas’s harassment statute:

Sec. 42.07.  HARASSMENT.  (a)  A person commits an offense if, with intent to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, or embarrass another, he:...

(2)  threatens, by telephone, in writing, or by electronic communication, in a manner reasonably likely to alarm the person receiving the threat, to inflict bodily injury on the person or to commit a felony against the person, a member of his family or household, or his property;

Don't mess with Texans.  But wait!  There’s more!  Since Lee is in Florida and Sheridan/Occupyrebellion plainly knew this, Florida criminal law might apply as well:

836.10 Written threats to kill or do bodily injury; punishment.— Any person who writes or composes and also sends or procures the sending of any letter, inscribed communication, or electronic communication, whether such letter or communication be signed or anonymous, to any person, containing a threat to kill or to do bodily injury to the person to whom such letter or communication is sent, or a threat to kill or do bodily injury to any member of the family of the person to whom such letter or communication is sent commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Source.  Oh, and what, pray tell, is the punishment for a second degree felony?  Well, let’s leaf over to the appropriate section, shall we?  Tells us that the punishment...

(c) For a felony of the second degree, by a term of imprisonment not exceeding 15 years.

Be afraid, Occupyrebellion.  Be very afraid.  You have made a serious mistake tonight.

Occupyrebellion is a card-carrying member of Team Kimberlin.  This is only an extreme example of the harassment she subjects myself and my friends to literally on a daily basis.  For instance she has denounced me for supposedly failing to report when Seth Allen supposedly threatened to kill Brett Kimberlin.

Of course there is so much wrong with that statement it is hard to know where to begin.  The most basic problem is that I didn’t report it, but Mandy Nagy did.  And before she did it, she told me (and Patrick Frey, for that matter) she was going to do it.  So basically, like Brett Kimberlin, Occupyrebellion is mad at me for failing to duplicate Mandy’s efforts.

And, by the way, it was not a threat.  At worst it was a rumination on murdering Kimberlin and while I don’t fault Mandy for having reported it, I never believed him to be serious.  It’s like a million people say, “I’ll kill him” about someone they are mad at, and they don’t mean it.  At least that is how I saw it and I still believe it to be the case.

By the way, for bonus points, Seth Allen apparently believes that it is Patrick Frey’s fault that he said this, for not purchasing Seth a plane ticket..  Yes, really:

Patrick Frey could have helped me out big time last year. Unfortunately he turned out to be a self-serving cheapskate. I needed him to front $400 to make it to a hearing. I promised I would pay him back. He was only gonna end up contributing $100 he had originally offered. Mandy Nagy also offered to pony up $100 through paypal. I could have easily payed Frey back over a short period of time. The plane ticket was around $400, not a small fortune....

Imho, if Patterico hadn’t been such a selfish tightwad that fateful overnight in August, his good buddy Aaron Walker’s life would currently not be in shambles. Frey’s selfishness created a domino effect. If I had made that hearing, there would have never been the "death threat" which never actually was one. Mandy Nagy would have never revealed herself as being a rat snitch. Aaron’s name would have never entered the picture. It’s that simple, Patrick FatFreyFace.

(Source; safe link.) That’s right, it’s not Seth’s own stupid fault for talking about murdering a man in front of a Deputy District Attorney.  No!  Perish the thought!

And it is not even Brett Kimberlin’s fault for so constantly abusing the court system that it drove him to vent in an inappropriate way.  Heck, no!

No, it is Patrick “Patterico” Frey’s fault for not spotting him for a plane ticket!  As crazy as that is.

Anyway, back to the point, if you are on twitter, be sure to report this tweet for threats.  Here’s a link to the tweet itself, which is handy as you do that.  One person asked me how to report threats.  You go to Twitter help, and this link will hopefully take you right to the correct form, using twitter in your browser.

And I will remind you that we are in a fight to stop the continual harassment and lawfare of Brett Kimberlin.  And believe you me, if Lee doesn’t out her, she will be outted by the end of my litigation.

So hit the freaking donation button for the Blogger’s Defense Team on the right!  Do your bit to end this reign of terror.

And who knows?  Maybe Lee will join my suit.

Yes, Occupyrebellion, you severely screwed up tonight.  Your employers will not be happy.

And it shouldn’t be necessary to say this, but let me say it anyway.  I have never seen Lee support rape and I know his heart well enough to know he doesn't.  In fact, he has done a very good job taking Occupy (and Keith Olbermann) to task for the rapes that occur at their protests, while the left made excuses.

Which is exactly the sort of thing that led to the Tea Party protest two weekends ago.

My wife and I have lost our jobs due to the harassment of convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin, including an attempt to get us killed and to frame me for a crime carrying a sentence of up to ten years.  I know that claim sounds fantastic, but if you read starting here, you will see absolute proof of these claims using documentary and video evidence.  If you would like to donate and help my wife and I in this time of need, please go to this donation page.  And thank you.

Follow me at Twitter @aaronworthing, mostly for snark and site updates.  And you can purchase my book (or borrow it for free if you have Amazon Prime), Archangel: A Novel of Alternate, Recent History here.  And you can read a little more about my novel, here.

I have accused some people, particularly Brett Kimberlin, of reprehensible conduct.  In some cases, the conduct is even criminal.  In all cases, the only justice I want is through the appropriate legal process—such as the criminal justice system.  I do not want to see vigilante violence against any person or any threat of such violence.  This kind of conduct is not only morally wrong, but it is counter-productive.

In the particular case of Brett Kimberlin, I do not want you to even contact him.  Do not call him.  Do not write him a letter.  Do not write him an email.  Do not text-message him.  Do not engage in any kind of directed communication.  I say this in part because under Maryland law, that can quickly become harassment and I don’t want that to happen to him.

And for that matter, don’t go on his property.  Don’t sneak around and try to photograph him.  Frankly try not to even be within his field of vision.  Your behavior could quickly cross the line into harassment in that way too (not to mention trespass and other concerns).

And do not contact his organizations, either.  And most of all, leave his family alone.

The only exception to all that is that if you are reporting on this, there is of course nothing wrong with contacting him for things like his official response to any stories you might report.  And even then if he tells you to stop contacting him, obey that request.  That this is a key element in making out a harassment claim under Maryland law—that a person asks you to stop and you refuse.

And let me say something else.  In my heart of hearts, I don’t believe that any person supporting me has done any of the above.  But if any of you have, stop it, and if you haven’t don’t start.
